Conrad Manila has appointed Rupert Hallam as its General Manager, effective January 2026, as the hotel enters its 10th anniversary year. Hallam brings more than 30 years of hospitality leadership experience, including over two decades with Hilton, to lead the 347-room luxury hotel overlooking Manila Bay.

A seasoned global hospitality leader, Hallam is known for his strong commercial acumen, operational expertise, and dynamic leadership. He most recently served as General Manager of Hilton Singapore Orchard, the flagship brand’s largest hotel in Asia Pacific, and previously held the role of Vice President of Sales in Hilton Asia Pacific, supporting the region’s commercial strategy and customer partnerships.

Hallam will be joined by Hotel Manager Akshat Sinha, who has been part of Hilton since 2008 and most recently served as the Hotel Manager at Conrad Maldives Rangali Island. The appointments underscore Conrad Manila’s focus on consistent leadership and continued momentum across its key pillars, including business travel and meetings, culinary experiences, and guest experiences.
