Marking a significant milestone as it celebrates its first anniversary, Gen4Juan officially breaks ground on the KaJuan Multipurpose Center, a transformative community hub envisioned to serve and uplift the people of Magallanes, Cavite, as well as neighboring towns and cities.
The KaJuan Center is designed to become a safe and empowering space dedicated to programs for the youth, elderly, church, and the environment, reflecting Gen4Juan’s mission of fostering love, service, and hope for every Juan.

“This groundbreaking marks more than the start of construction, it is the beginning of a shared dream becoming reality, through our partnership with the local government of Magallanes, by virtue of a Usufruct Agreement between Gen4Juan and Magallanes, this project takes its first phase,” said Gen4Juan Founding Chairman and Executive Director Peter Pardo. “What started with faith and a simple desire to serve has now taken its first physical form, built not just with resources, but with people, purpose, and common belief. This stands as a powerful reminder of what becomes possible when ordinary people come together to do something extraordinary for others,” Pardo added.
According to Adrian Reyes, Gen4Juan’s Founding Vice Chairman and Finance Director, this project is made possible through the support of friends and partners and the leadership of the local government of Magallanes headed by Mayor Janessa Maligaya-De Ramayo, Vice Mayor Aina Mari Sisante-Maligalig, whose collaboration underscores the power of unity in nation-building at the grassroots level.

“We are looking at maximum of two years to complete the project, this of course with the valuable assistance of many like-minded people including our host community. Once completed, the KaJuan Multipurpose Center will host community programs, outreach initiatives, and development activities aimed at empowering individuals and strengthening families, creating opportunities that will benefit generations to come,” said Gel Gomez, Gen4Juan Marketing Director and Project Head for the KaJuan Multipurpose Center.
As Gen4Juan celebrates its first year, the groundbreaking stands as a powerful testament, that when people come together with a shared vision, meaningful change is not only possible, it is inevitable. Indeed, when we unite in purpose and when love is put into action, a nation can truly be transformed and built, one community, one Juan at a time.
