This year’s celebration transported guests into a magical journey with the enchanting theme, “Century Express,” inspired by the beloved classic “The Polar Express.”
The evening was a dazzling spectacle of nostalgia and wonder, highlighted by the towering 43-foot Christmas tree adorned with shimmering ornaments in hues of blue and silver. At its midsection, a grand Polar Express train encircled the tree, serving as a unique centerpiece that evoked the cinematic magic of holiday journeys. Snow effects cascading from the ceiling, garlands, nutcracker standees, and festive lights on pillars and trees completed the captivating decor, immersing guests in a winter wonderland.
This year’s theme, “Century Express,” captures the essence of Christmas as a journey filled with joy hope, and cherished memories,” said Anna Dimagiba, Century Park Hotel’s OIC for Operations. “Just like the Polar Express story, our hotel continues to be a place where guests can experience warmth, wonder, and timeless traditions.
The ceremony was graced by Dr. Lucio Tan, Chairman of Lucio Tan Group Inc. (LTGI), his family, and this year’s special guest, Manila Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso, who together led the official lighting of the grand Christmas tree. The moment was followed by festive carols, delightful cocktail buffet, and the joyful camaraderie of media friends, sister companies, and hotel’s top accounts.
