Four Points by Sheraton Boracay officially welcomed the holiday season with a meaningful and vibrant Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony held on November 27, 2025. The event showcased the resort’s heartfelt celebration of “Paskong Pinoy,” honoring the warmth, unity, and rich traditions of the Filipino Christmas.
Graced by Hon. Malay, Aklan Mayor Frolibar Bautista and Sangguniang Bayan Member Vicky Aguirre, the ceremony highlighted the resort’s commitment to embracing local culture and community. The centerpiece of the celebration—a grand Christmas tree adorned with Filipino-inspired décor crafted from rattan, abaca, bamboo, and capiz—stood as a symbol of homegrown creativity and the rustic charm of Boracay.

Guests were treated to soulful performances by The Delos Santos Sisters and the Balabag Choir Music Ministry, whose renditions of beloved Filipino Christmas classics filled the evening with nostalgia and cheer. The Etniko Boracay Dancers brought the celebration to life with dynamic folk dances, including a spirited tinikling performance that delighted and engaged the crowd.
Adding to the festive experience, Four Points by Sheraton Boracay unveiled its KrisMas Kubo, offering traditional Filipino holiday delicacies and local treats—bringing the flavors and memories of a true “Paskong Pinoy” to the resort.

This year’s holiday theme, “Paskong Pinoy,” pays tribute to the generosity, joy, and heartfelt hospitality that define the Filipino spirit. In line with this, the resort has curated a line-up of seasonal experiences, including a Christmas Eve Dinner Buffet at Evolution, prepared with well-loved holiday dishes to complete your celebration and a New Year’s Eve Dinner designed to welcome 2026 with great food, live entertainment, and unforgettable island celebrations. Special holiday room packages are also available, inviting guests to relax, indulge, and fully immerse themselves in the festive atmosphere of Boracay.
“This Paskong Pinoy at Four Points by Sheraton Boracay invites everyone to embrace the true spirit of the season by giving back through our ‘Share the Hope, Spread the Love’ initiative,” shared Hotel Manager Edelyn Morales.

Through the purchase of its handcrafted Christmas ornaments, guests can help support the victims of Typhoon Tino and the recent earthquake in Cebu—offering essential assistance, comfort, and hope as they rebuild their communities. This simple gesture reflects the compassion and unity at the heart of the Filipino Christmas.
“As we light our Christmas tree, we are reminded of the joy of shared traditions and the kindness that brings us together,” Morales added. “May this season inspire gratitude, generosity, and a renewed sense of community among us all.”
