Swiss-Belhotel Blulane embraced the spirit of the Yuletide Season with an extraordinary annual tree lighting ceremony, a heartwarming occasion that ushered in the joy of Christmas. Held last Nov. 29 in the well-lit, beautifully decorated hotel lobby, the affair was truly a radiant spectacle as the evening unfolded with heartwarming messages of appreciation and timeless Christmas tunes.
The ceremony was graced by the presence of Linie Cortez-Palacio, Swiss Belhotel Blulane Regional Director – Sales & Operations – Philippines; Ireene Tolentino, Head of Sales & Marketing; Perry Saylon, Rooms Division Manager; and Garry Garcia, Regional Director of Operations and Business Development; along with esteemed guests Lualhati Fausto, President and CEO of Lakbay Magazine; Chief Executive Officer; Enrico Sy, Lakbay Magazine Chairman; media partners and hotel client-partners, among others. The Gloria Patri Singers, on the other hand, serenaded guests with favorite Christmas carols.

With the theme dubbed as Timeless Filipino Christmas that carries the tagline Handog ng Pasko: Pagmamahal at Pagdadamayan ng Bayan, the splendid Christmas tree standing beside the hotel’s grand staircase is meticulously adorned with such native ornaments as sinamay ribbons, abaniko, and straw hats that complement the dazzling yellow and white-colored lights, creating a visually stunning display that showcase the Filipino cultural heritage. Tolentino shared that members of the hotel sales team and rooms division department collaborated in the concept of the Christmas decors.

In line with the spirit of giving and sharing, Swiss-Belhotel Blulane announced the launching of Gifts of Hope with the Missionaries of the Child Jesus as beneficiary.
