In his new role, Kreipl will spearhead the continued growth of New World Makati Hotel, reinforcing its position as one of Manila’s premier destinations for MICE and leisure travelers. Under his leadership, the hotel will further strengthen its status as the preferred choice for business events, lifestyle-driven executives, and modern travelers seeking genuine hospitality with a contemporary Asian sensibility—a vision that aligns seamlessly with Rosewood Hotel Group’s philosophy of Relationship Hospitality.
A seasoned hotelier, Kreipl brings more than two decades of global luxury hotel experience and a proven track record of operational excellence, strategic growth, and high-performing team leadership across some of the world’s most respected luxury and upper-upscale hotels.
Before joining New World Makati Hotel, Kreipl held senior leadership roles across Southeast Asia, Greater China, and Europe, including General Manager positions at Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta, InterContinental Shanghai Puxi, InterContinental Beijing Beichen, and InterContinental Geneva & Crowne Plaza Geneva. He has also overseen multiple properties as Vice President of Operations at Compass Hospitality Ltd. in Thailand, where he was responsible for driving performance, owner engagement, and operational standards across a diverse portfolio.
Throughout his career, Kreipl has been recognized for his ability to lead multicultural teams, enhance profitability, and deliver memorable guest experiences through innovation, meticulous attention to detail, and a deep understanding of market dynamics. His expertise spans pre-opening leadership, yield management, budgeting and forecasting, commercial strategy, and organizational transformation, reflecting his strength as a forward-thinking, people-centered leader who inspires high-performance cultures and sustainable success.
