This February, guests can partake in the hotel’s Chinese New Year festivities and welcome good fortune through expertly curated feasts and an elegant nian gao collection, exclusively at the Michelin-selected China Blue by Jereme Leung.

Families may gather for a regal Lunar New Year reunion at China Blue by Jereme Leung with its Flavors & Fortune, featuring set menus masterfully curated by celebrity chef Jereme Leung and Conrad Manila’s Executive Chinese Chef Eng Yew Khor. Available from February 11 to March 3, 2026, this exceptional gourmet experience is offered in two variations, with dishes that symbolize abundance, happiness, and harmony. A specially crafted Yee sang set, traditionally tossed to invite good fortune and success, enriches the festive tradition.

The celebration is also available for enjoyment at home through the restaurant’s take‑away option.
